NECHA 2018 is excited to announce our 1st ever CALL FOR POSTERS! Presenting a poster at the NECHA Annual Meeting is a great way to convey your research or project to college health professionals. Posters will be displayed Wednesday, November 7 thru Friday, November 9, 2018 (subject to change).
Submission Deadline: May 4, 2018
Submission Instructions
- Compile your program information using the NECHA 2018 Poster Submission Worksheet
- Required: You must read and attest that you fully understand and agree to adhere to the Conflict of Interest Disclosure Guidelines. These guidelines also apply to co-presenters.
- If applicable, complete a separate Poster Co-Presenter Bio and Disclosure Form for each co-presenter and save each under a file name beginning with the presenter’s LAST NAME. You will attach these forms to the online form.
- Once you are sure all information is complete, attach your Co-Presenter Bio and Disclosure forms and email to sarah@nechaonline.org with subject “CALL FOR POSTER SUBMISSION: <TITLE>”
The primary presenter is responsible for the timely submission of the Call for Posters form and for its thorough and accurate content. (Note that all program and poster presenters must register for the meeting and are responsible for paying their own registration fee and travel expenses.)
