Call for Proposals for the 2024 Annual Meeting is Open!
Deadline for Submission is April 15, 2024
The planning committee for our 2024 Annual Meeting “Reclaiming the Joy of College Health” in Portland, ME on November 6-8th is being assembled and our call for proposals is open! We hope that you are a part of our next gathering by attending and by submitting to present.
How To Submit Your Proposal
After you have created your proposal using the Program Submission Worksheet, cut and paste the information from the worksheet into the online form. Please note: You will need to complete this online form in one sitting.
In addition to completing the form, you will be asked to attach your Program Submission Worksheet which includes the Primary Presenter Bio/Disclosure as well as a Co-Presenter Bio/Disclosure Form for each of your co-presenters. These documents should be attached in Word format, not PDF. As a last step, all speakers are also required to submit a copy of their curriculum vitae or resume.
Proposal Submission Coaches
In order to welcome as many new and returning voices to our Annual Meeting as possible we are introducing proposal submission coaches for the first time. These NECHA members are volunteering their time to help those who would like to submit a proposal to: conceptualize their program, sharpen their objectives, think through how to leverage evidence-based materials to support their session, how to write a proposal using language that will qualify for continuing education, and more. If you could use some support and colleagueship to submit, please reach out to one of the coaches!
