Basin Harbor Resort
Vergennes, VT
October 15-17, 2025
This year’s theme, “Better, Together” represents the transformative impact of interdisciplinary collaboration. Whether it is integration across departments to provide more informed and high quality student care, innovative professional collaboration that strengthens relationships, or navigating growth edges to achieve a shared goal or vision, together we are stronger than the sum of our parts.
The new location remains in Northerm Vermont, is closer to New York, right on Lake Champlain, and offers both traditional guest rooms and multi-bedroom cottages with water views, fireplaces, and decks. Attendees will have access to complementary amenities including canoes, kayaks, paddleboards, biking and hiking trails, lawn games, and the waterfront. The mid-October dates also put us within range of peak foliage in Vermont which should make for a gorgeous on-site experience and warmer temperatures to make the most of this beautiful and expansive property.
Registration is open online with Early Bird Rates in effect! We encourage attendees to reserve their accommodations at Basin Harbor Resort as soon as possible to maximize their lodging choices either online or by calling 800.622.4000 and referencing the New England College Health Association to ensure that you are accessing the Annual Meeting rate. Our 2025 Combined Annual Meeting website will be the definitive location for updates, announcements, program details, and CEU information.
Please email [email protected] with any questions!
The planning committee for our 2025 Annual Meeting is being assembled and our call for proposals is now open on the NECHA website. We hope that you will join us as part of our next gathering by attending and by submitting a proposal to present.
Deadline for Submission is March 31, 2025
New to presenting? Consider connecting with one of our coaches! A little coaching may be just the thing you need to take a brilliant idea or case and turn it into an exceptional session at Stoweflake!
Proposal submission coaches volunteer their time to help those who would like to submit a proposal to: conceptualize their program, sharpen their objectives, think through how to leverage evidence-based materials to support their session, how to write a proposal using language that will qualify for continuing education, and more. If interested, please email one of our coaches below.
