The NECHA 2022 Annual Meeting: Together, We Can provides opportunity to showcase products and/or services to an anticipated audience of over 250 college health professionals. Exhibits will run two days – Oct. 27 & 28 – during the three day meeting. The fee to exhibit is $800 if paid by August 28 ($900 if paid after August 28).
Exhibitors – complete the Exhibitor Agreement Form (linked below) to register. Table space will be assigned on a first come, first served basis. We encourage you to plan early to reserve your space. Sponsors – NECHA will be offering several opportunities for organizations to support the Annual Meeting. If you would like to be a sponsor, contact the Sarah to discuss possible options. The Sponsor Agreement Form (linked below) outlines the terms and conditions for sponsors.
Sponsors can provide support in the form of an unrestricted grant (i.e., the funds can be used where most needed) or a restricted grant (i.e., you specify how you would the funds to be used).
Suggestions for sponsorship include, but are not limited to:
Hosting a food event (lunch, breakfast, morning or afternoon break).
Providing an item for all attendees (conference bags, lunch bags, water bottles).
Sponsoring an event or activity at the event (yoga, chair massages, tour of Newport, etc.)
