The NECHA 2018 Annual Meeting: Guiding Our Students, Lighting The Way provides opportunity to showcase products and/or services to an anticipated audience of over 200 college health professionals. Exhibits will run two days – Nov. 7 & 8 – during the three day meeting. The fee to exhibit is $800 if paid by August 28 ($900 if paid after August 28).
Exhibitors – complete the Exhibitor Agreement Form (linked below) to register. Table space will be assigned on a first come, first served basis. We encourage you to plan early to reserve your space.
Sponsors – NECHA will be offering several opportunities for organizations to support the Annual Meeting. If you would like to be a sponsor, contact the Sarah to discuss possible options. The Sponsor Agreement Form (linked below) outlines the terms and conditions for sponsors. Sponsors can provide support in the form of an unrestricted grant (i.e., the funds can be used where most needed) or a restricted grant (i.e., you specify how you would the funds to be used).
Suggestions for sponsorship include, but are not limited to:
Hosting a food event (lunch, breakfast, morning or afternoon break, reception, annual banquet, or dessert reception).
Providing an item for all attendees (conference bags, lunch bags, thumb drives).
Sponsoring the purchase of wine for the reception prior to the annual banquet.
